Inspired by the terroir of Southern California and after a visit to the Museo Nacional de Antropología (National Anthropology Museum in CDMX), the Planting Fossils Series explores what it means to belong, to be home, to stay, to thrive, and to leave a legacy that could span thousands of years through the lens of native plant species.
Southern California is my adopted home of sun and coast and chaparral and marsh and desert and mountain.
